Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading Renown Health s urgent
care physician group. The role will be instrumental in developing a
patient centered approach that will drive the practices,
strategies, and performance of urgent care within the medical group
and the Integrated Health Network (IHN). This role will serve as
the leader of the provider reporting structure for urgent care
providers and will be required to work with administrative and
physician leadership to drive performance including but not limited
to patient experience, clinical outcomes, utilization,
transformational healthcare, and financial outcomes.
Position will provide leadership and develop talent within the
urgent care group. This includes mentoring and identifying
physician leaders. The incumbent will work to see that provider
engagement is being improved while supporting the needs of the IHN.
The role is key in seeing that provider retention and morale
remains high and that recruits see Renown as a great place to
work.
The role will maintain a positive relationship and act as a liaison
with all providers and others necessary to execute the initiatives
needed to drive outcomes. The incumbent will need to ensure that
any initiatives that are implemented are done so consistently and
meet and regulatory or policy requirements
