-Registered Nurse opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient
flexible schedule. We are looking for a dynamic experienced ER
Registered Nurse. - You will provide direct and indirect patient
care to our patients with compassion and respect. You will
communicate with physicians about changes in patient's clinical
condition. - Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes
in condition or response to treatment. - Additionally, is able to
perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate
supervision. - Must be willing to float to all units. - - -Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with
other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes as
indicated to ensure optimal patient care
- Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and
reassessments as per policy. - This includes pediatric, adolescent
and geriatric patients and the general patient population.
- Uses triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to
patients. - Accurately assigns triage categories.
- Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. - Utilizes
appropriate pain management techniques. - Educates the patient and

Qualifications
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificate
- PALS certificate (to be obtained within six months of
employment)
