Diagnostic Radiology with Mammography (biopsy) privilegesSchedule/Availability Requirements:Start Date:11/1/24Schedule:Monday-Friday two weeks per month. Ideal schedule would be 1st and 3rd week of the month or 2nd and 4th week of the month.Shift time:8a-4p No Call Facility Location:Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital 155 Glasson Way, Grass Valley, CA 95945 in Building 4 (outpatient building)Setting:Outpatient ClinicDuties:Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsiesRequired Procedures:Read Mammo, PET and perform breast biopsiesEMR:CernerSupport Staff:Radiology techs, US techs, other support staff Questions Answered by Facility:The average monthly volumes are below. Keep in mind that we have a radiologist on site for mammography 3 days/week.Procedures (wire loc, biopsy, etc): 13Screening Mammos: 225Diagnostic Mammograms: 30 Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible RequiredCA Active license RequiredAvailability Residency Required (Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies)Clean Malpractice Highly PreferredMQSA Certification RequiredBLS/ACLS and DEA Requiredduring credentialing OnCall:No WeekendDescription:No Certifications:ACLS,BLS,Board Certified,Board Eligible,DEA StateLicenses:California
