Job Title: Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience (within the last 3 years) License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program Job Description: - Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients. - Support and adhere to hospital policies and procedures ensuring patient safety and compliance. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Utilize critical thinking skills to manage complex clinical situations effectively. - Engage in continuous professional development to maintain clinical expertise. - Stay flexible to accommodate the needs of the unit and respond to emergency situations efficiently. - Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
