Job Description:
Renown Children s Hospital in Reno Nevada is recruiting a
fellowship trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon to expand its
pediatric orthopedic and scoliosis program. The position will
practice solely at Renown Children s Hospital and outpatient
surgical center.The physician will provide orthopedic specific care
to children between the ages of 0-18yrs, and patients with
pediatric diagnosis up to the age of 21yrs. This care will
encompass all aspects of general pediatric orthopedics and
scoliosis.Renown Children s Hospital is the only children s
hospital in Northern Nevada. We recently completed an expansion in
2023 to include a state-of-the-art NICU, PICU and pediatric ward
providing care to children in northern Nevada. Due to high demand
for pediatric Orthopedics and scoliosis we are expanding our
department. With plans to continue expansion over the next several
years.This is a growing dynamic practice in one of the fastest
growing cities in the United States. Reno maintains its small city
charm while providing many amenities seen in larger metropolitan
areas. In addition to being the biggest little city Reno is known
for its year-round outdoor activities including world class skiing,
hiking and outdoor adventures. If you prefer you adventures in the
city there are multiple festivals throughout the year to include
the National Reno Rodeo, Art town and Burning man to name a
