Reporting to the ED Nurse Managers, the Emergency Department Charge RN will be well supported by multiple Nurse Supervisors and a rockstar nursing staff and ED techs. The Emergency Department Charge RN will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Department including RN Nursing assignments, resource management, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with leadership within the department.
