A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to
address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
inquiries and resolving complex technical issues
Collaborate with team members and departments to provide timely and
accurate solutions
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective
communication and support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of technical support experience
Experience with bug/incident investigation and root cause analysis
using relational database technologies like PostgreSQL
Ability to write basic SQL commands (e.g., insert, update)
Familiarity with browser console technologies such as Chrome dev
tools
Experience using Zendesk
