Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support
its growing Enterprise and SMB Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including sales
agreements and vendor contracts
Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or
termination, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Provide strategic guidance on agreement negotiations and
collaborate with internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in managing contracts
1-3 years of experience in advertisement technology or a related
field
Experience in drafting agreement documents for professional
services engagements
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and
external partners
