firstThe Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional plans,
performs and implements process improvement initiatives such as
Lean or Six Sigma. The Senior Enterprise Transformation
Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex
issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an
in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Enterprise
Transformation Professional diagrams and evaluates existing
processes. Develops metrics that provide data for process
measurement, and identifies indicators for future improvement
opportunities. Collects data to determine root cause of problems.
Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns
improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the
use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and
product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses
including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys
and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Performs
cost and benefit analyses. Begins to influence department's
strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues
regarding technical approach for project components, and work is
performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in
determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Use your

degreePMI/PMP - certification5 or more years' experience planning,
performing and implementing process improvement initiatives3 or
more years of Change Management experienceProficiency in business
consulting and/or operational leadership experienceStrong business
and financial acumenExperience leading cross-functional project
team(s) by building and motivating team members to meet project
targets and milestonesComprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft
Office applications, including Word, Project and VisioExceptional
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly
build rapport at all levels within the organizationAbility to
interact with and defend position with senior managementMust be
passionate about contributing to an organization focused on
continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred
QualificationsExperience in healthcare servicesSales
experienceMaster's degreeSix Sigma Green Belt and Agile

Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good
faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per
week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be
higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay
will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge,
experience, education, certifications, etc.$93,000 - $128,000 per
yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive
opportunity is based upon company and/or individual
