Key Responsibilities
Lead development and strategy for operations across Product &
Engineering
Facilitate the company roadmapping process and manage cross-team
dependencies
Identify and streamline bottlenecked processes to improve team
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of the lifecycle for building and deploying
enterprise SaaS products
Strong operational skills in measuring and reporting key
metrics
Highly adaptable with critical thinking skills to address
operational challenges
Experience in product management or project management
certification is a plus
Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
