Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Support Specialist I, a
mid-level technical support role responsible for client inventory
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for complex inventory configurations and
troubleshoot data anomalies
Manage assigned casework ensuring data integrity and quality
benchmarks
Generate and manage data exports/imports between the platform and
third-party sources
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, technical
project management, or equivalent
4+ years of technical support delivery experience
2+ years of experience with DealerOn's products or similar
Previous knowledge and experience working with a database (SQL)
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service
Cloud
