Responsibilities:



--- Skillfully negotiate competitive offers for customers' items brought into the store. Utilize your expertise to appraise Diamonds, Gold, Platinum, Luxury Watches, Boutique Music Gear, and more.
--- Enhance your sales skills by supporting the sales floor during busy events and customer parties.
--- Deliver exceptional customer service, nurturing the relationships we've built with our customers and community over the years.

We value great personalities more than experience. Starting at $17 per hour! Availability on weekends and holidays is essential, as we operate 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:
--- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner at Palace Jewelry & Loan in Downtown Reno.
--- Learn and effectively communicate information about the wide range of products and services offered to customers.
--- Ensure precise and swift data entry processes are maintained.
--- Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance the overall experience for all patrons.

Qualifications:
--- Applicants must possess a welcoming personality.
--- Ability to be on your feet and active throughout the shift is required.
--- Capable of occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
--- Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
--- Willingness to obtain a Reno Sheriff's Card.
--- Successful completion of a Background Check is necessary.
--- Ability to pass a Drug Test is mandatory.
