Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative provides customer service
support, completes general office duties, which include, but are
not limited to:
* Responsible for all aspects of order processing
* Order input, monitoring, and expediting
* Customer configurations provided by customers and
representatives
* Customer support/inquiries
* Assist with customer complaints
* General knowledge of company product and services
* Establishing new accounts
* Management of customer accounts
* Develop and maintain customer relationships
* Product availability
* Quote requests
* Special shipping requests
* Organizing data
* Coordinate communication with Hamilton personnel and customers to
provide information
* Participate in meetings
* Generate reports as needed
* General Office Duties
* Phone calls
* Email communication
* Backing up team members.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to listen to customer's needs
* Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
* Capable of working with multiple systems in tandem.
* Ability to work quickly and prioritize under pressure to meet
expected time frames.
* Strong time management, accuracy, organization, and an eye for
detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with the Customer Service
team, other internal departments, field staff, and customers
Education/Experience
* High school diploma or GED required. Some college or degree
preferred.
* One year experience in customer service with order processing or
data entry required.
* Two to five years of experience preferred.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment/ inventory control a
plus.
